favor from the Lord). I really thank God for connecting me with
Connecting Christians that connected me to my lovely wife. Proverbs
12:4 (A wife of noble character is her husband's crown). I am proud of
her because she is so lovely, kind, compassionate, caring, empathy,
humble, generous, intelligent etc. I give glory to God and really
appreciate the wonderful work Debbie has been doing in connecting
people in Connecting Christians.

Debbie, I would like to take this
time to say thank you for connecting me with my God given husband, and
God fearing husband. He is indeed a blessing to my life, and my life
has changed for the best by meeting him. I want to thank God for your
talent to connect the right people to each other, and the guidance you
receive from God to send the right people to each other. The
experience of meeting my soul mate has been life changing, and I have
seen God using you in that process. We are happily married, and we are
enjoying being a shoulder to each other. A big thank you to Connecting
Christians Ministry. We pray for God to extend your work and for you
to continue to be a blessing to others like you did to us. To God be
the Glory!!!!

It was almost exactly 10 years ago that I got divorced – something that I had hoped would never happen to me, but it did, and it took some time to learn, and a fair bit longer to appreciate, that God still loved me, just as much, and the depth of our relationship was really only up to me… but back to the story. In August 2002 I first had a word that I would be married again, “to someone who was like minded” (what a blessing, I recall thinking – that would make a wonderful change!) though when this would take place was never mentioned. Then in April 2005 I had a word that “He has a lady (wife) for you, somebody who was athletic, and would do things that you liked to do. I saw that she was short and had short brown bob type hair, and that it would happen sooner than you think.” Well, by then, like Abraham, I am not quite sure how strong my faith still was, but I hung on! Then about two months before I met Marié I had another word that I would soon meet the person I was to marry, and when I did, we would soon be married. Now this was more exciting, but by this time I could hardly believe it, but sure enough two or three months later – on the 3rd August 2007 - I met Marié for coffee, and within a month or so we were talking marriage, and on the 1st December 2007 we got married. What more can I say, but God is good and His word never fails!

From the photo you will see that we are happily married and best of friends. Meeting for the first time for coffee, we were stunned when we reailised just how much we had in common, same interests, outlook and best of all - our love for the Lord. Became soul-mates, share everything, enjoy being together and take everyday as a challenge. Just want to thank God and you for bringing us together.

We have both been blessed beyond words. It is amazing that we stayed so close to each other (less than 20km apart) and the Lord brought us together through yourself. As our marriage is built on the foundation that the Lord has laid for us we will always be protected from the constant attacks of Satan. God bless and thank you

I never thought that I would meet my husband though Connecting Christians and just before we met, had given up on relationships. Would often pray that I would meet someone from the south of Joburg and if possible even from the same church. It was through God's grace that I met Graeme and yes he lived in the south of Joburg and went to the same church as me! God definitely worked it out for us, relationships are not always easy, but we love each other and we are committed to our relationship with God. We pray that Connecting Christians continues being instrumental in bringing couples together

I wish to thank you personally for not giving up on me & enduring until God's match was made. I never thought I could be so happy & contented again......although I must say I had faith in my Lord all the way through & He honoured that.
