Membership Form (Step 3 of 9)

Please take note of the points below

1. Kindly supply us with the vital information needed to assist you, in finding you that special person whether for friendship, companionship, love and even marriage!
2. IF you are serious about joining - you are encouraged to be specific with regard to certain questions and to supply as much detail as requested.
3. Answer ALL the questions. If you do not have a home landline, type in your Mobile No. Questions not applicable to you.. type in "n/a" (not applicable). Kindly supply Work no (record purposes only) and if you are self employed and only use your Mobile no for work purposes then type in same.
4. Kindly do not download, print and handwrite form (many questions have choice answers (drop down boxes) which will not show up on a copy) or forward (form) as an attachment (all your informaton will be lost) or fax/post form
5. In essence,  the only way to complete form is directly off the website. We do not post or fax forms for the reasons given above.
6. Regret form not supplied in all South Africa's 11 official languages. As English is the most common language spoken, you are kindly requested to complete form in ENGLISH please! Once we receive your form - we compile your profile based on your information provided. Thus it will be edited. Please do not be concerned about grammar/spelling!
7. Include your email address on the form and type in appropriate box before submitting (form). This is vital for the way forward.
8. Your cellular/mobile no will be included in your profile. It is safe and secure. Your profile is only forwarded to select members and not to all and sundry.
9. REMEMBER! As our website states, we are not an Internet Dating Service and as is the policy of this Introduction Service, member's details will  NOT appear on our website or any other internet service. We are a personalised one-on-one Christian Introduction/Dating Service/Agency. Once we have forwarded profiles, the onus is on members to connect directly with one another. (We personally forward your profile to select members and likewise you will receive profiles of these same members).
10. It is our policy never to give out member's address or landline numbers.
11. Please note: Even after we have received your Membership Form, you are not obligated to join this service.
12. There are many questions.. all relevant. You are encouraged to take the necessary time in order to prayerfully complete IN FULL.
13. Please treat this seriously as we do. You are encouraged not complete the form just for "the fun of it". Remember God is at the helm of this ministry. As the song goes "God is watching you"!! And if you are serious about joining.. He knows your heart. AMEN.

• Photographs assist us in the selection process.
• There is no provision on website to upload photos as this is not Internet Dating.
• Members have the choice with regard to submitting their photo to other (select) members.
• If you indicate on form (where applicable) that you prefer your photograph not to be forwarded with your profile -
  • Kindly submit photo via email (for RECORD purposes and which will be filed for duration of your membership) and which can be submitted after we receive your membership form.
  • Members are welcome to exchange photos between themselves.
  • HEAD and SHOULDERS photograph size preferred.
  • One photo will suffice.
• If you indicate on form that you prefer to include your photo with your profile when forwarding to select members
• • Attach (preferably head and shoulders) photo to your profile.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Upon receipt of your membership form, we compile your profile and forward same onto you.. thereafter, photo can then be attached to the final completion of profile i.e. once your profile has been "perfected" which we would work on together.
• Kindly do not forward photo via MMS/SMS as quality is not that clear and I cannot file (the photo)
• If you are experiencing any problems or having difficulty forwarding your photo via email - you are welcome to (land)post same.
• Photos are not posted on our website or any other Internet service.
• No sexual or explicit photos permitted.
• We do not base the selection process solely on photographs but we do understand that each person has their own particular preference in a partner.
• Photographs can be deceptive, unless taken by a professional.
• Not everyone is photogenic thus a photo will not always show the REAL person!
